The PROGRAM " the FAMILY TREE of FAMILY " 

the License for use and distribution

The present document represents the license agreement 
between Open Company NPF " Ia?oi " and the end user about use 
of base version FamilyTree. Being package FamilyTree 
it is licensed to the end user on conditions of the present 
agreement. Please, read through it. Use FamilyTree 
is acknowledgement of that you read the text of the present 
agreement, have understood it and accept its conditions.
    1. OBJECT of the RIGHT PROTECTION
1.1. All copyrights on FamilyTree 
the author of the program - Dmitry Konjuhov exclusively owns. Licensed to user 
FamilyTree is object of the copyright and it is protected by laws 
of the Russian Federation. Exclusive property rights on 
software product belong to Open Company NPF " Ia?oi ". 1.2. 
Program FamilyTree extends by a principle " try 
before buying ". It means, that you can use 
this program during the test period in 40 days. 
If you wish to use this program and further SHOULD 
register the copy of the program.
1.3. The registered copy of program FamilyTree can 
be used by one person who works with the given software 
on one or several computers, or 
is established on one computer to which not simultaneously 
have access some person, but not both of a variant at once.
1.4. After registration the exclusive 
license for use FamilyTree in any legal purposes is given to the user not. 
Registered copy FamilyTree cannot 
be leased or rented, but can be transferred in the complete set, 
if the receiving person according to with the given license. If the product 
is updating besides updating the previous versions should be transferred 
and all.
1.5. Not registered version FamilyTree can 
extend freely (except for the cases stipulated below) 
only in that kind in which it is delivered, i.e. without any 
changes.
No physical or legal persons have the right 
to distribute separate parts of a package without the written sanction 
of the owner of copyrights. It is forbidden to distribute not registered version 
FamilyTree in the complete set of other software packages without the 
written sanction of the owner of copyrights. It is forbidden to distribute FamilyTree on one carrier and-or 
in one software package together with piracy utilities for "breaking", 
key files and generators of keys. 1.6. To be registered, you should buy FamilyTree.

2. The LIMITED WARRANTY And the RESPONSIBILITY 

2.1. FamilyTree EXTENDS BY the PRINCIPLE " AS is ". THUS 
it is not provided ANY GUARANTEES, OBVIOUS OR MEANT. 
YOU USE IT ON OWN RISK. N
EITHER the AUTHOR, NOR ITS AUTHORIZED AGENTS do not sustain the RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSSES of DATA, D
AMAGE, LOSS of PROFIT OR ANY OTHER KINDS of LOSSES CONNECTED With USE (CORREC
T OR WRONG) THIS PROGRAM. 2.2. Open Company NPF " Ia?oi " g
uarantees that, FamilyTree if it is not changed by the user, w
ill ca
rry out the functions described in the delivered documentation.
2.3. You cannot 
use, copy, emulate, clone, lease, rent, sell, change, decompile, transfer the licensed 
program or its part differently, than it is described in the given license. 
Any similar not authorized use leads to immediate 
and automatic cancellation of this license and can cause 
criminal and-or civil prosecution.
2.4. Installation and use FamilyTree testifies to your 
consent with conditions of the given license.
2.5. On not registered copy of program FamilyTree 
restriction - no more than 10 records is imposed.
2.6. If you do not agree with conditions of the given license should remove 
files FamilyTree from the devices of storage of the information and refuse 
further use FamilyTree.
2.7. After payment FamilyTree the password 
removing all functional restrictions will be sent to you by e-mail. Your electronic address will be 
a login for registration of the program.
2.8. The registered users receive all updatings of program 
FamilyTree free of charge.
2.9. All the rights which obviously have been not given here, belong to Dmitry Konjuhovu.

    THE CONCLUSION
The present document is the full agreement on use FamilyTree 
and replaces all the previous applications, discussions, obligations, 
agreements, messages or advertisements rather FamilyTree.
