The present document represents the licence agreement 
Between Open Company NPF "Перун" and the end user about use 
Base version Cipher. Being in package Cipher 
It is licensed to the end user on the terms of the present 
Agreements. Please, read it. Use Cipher 
Is acknowledgement of that you read the present text 
Agreements, have understood it and accept its conditions. 

     1. OBJECT OF THE RIGHT PROTECTION 

1.1. All copyrights on Cipher exclusively owns 
The author of the program - Dmitry Konjuhov. Licensed to the user 
Cipher is object of the copyright and it is protected by laws 
The Russian Federation. Exclusive property rights on 
Software product belong to Open Company NPF "Перун". 
       
1.2. Program Cipher extends by a principle "try 
Before buying ". It means that you can use 
This program throughout the test period in 40 days. 
If you wish to use this program and further SHOULD 
To register the copy of the program. 

1.3. The registered copy of program Cipher can be 
It is used by one person who works with given program 
Maintenance on one or several computers, or 
It is established on one computer, to which not simultaneously 
Have access some persons, but not both variants at once. 

1.4. After registration it is given to the user not exclusive 
The licence for use Cipher in any legal purposes. 
Registered copy Cipher cannot be leased 
Or it is rented, but can be transferred in the complete set,

And all previous versions. 

1.5. Not registered version Cipher can 
To extend freely (except the cases stipulated more low)

Any physical or legal bodies have no right 
To extend separate parts of a package without the written permission 
The owner of copyrights. 
     
It is forbidden to extend not registered version 
Cipher in the complete set of other software packages without the written 
Permissions of the owner of copyrights. 
     
It is forbidden to extend Cipher on one carrier and-or 
In one software package together with piracy utilities for "breaking", 
Key files and generators of keys. 
   
1.6. To be registered, you should buy Cipher.

      2. THE LIMITED WARRANTY AND RESPONSIBILITY 
   
2.1. Cipher EXTENDS BY THE PRINCIPLE "AS IS". THUS 
IT IS NOT PROVIDED ANY GUARANTEES, OBVIOUS OR MEANT. 
YOU USE IT ON OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR, IT 
THE AUTHORIZED AGENTS DO NOT SUSTAIN RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSSES OF GIVEN, 
DAMAGES, LOSSES OF PROFIT OR ANY OTHER KINDS OF LOSSES CONNECTED 
WITH USE (CORRECT OR WRONG) THIS PROGRAM. 
   
2.2. Open Company NPF "Перун" guarantees that, Cipher if it is not changed 
The user, will carry out the functions described in the delivered 
Documentation. 

2.3. You cannot use, copy, emulate, clone, 
To lease, rent, sell, change, 
To decompile, дизассемблировать, to transfer the licensed 
The program or its part differently, than it is described in the given licence. 
Any similar not authorised use leads to the immediate 
And to automatic cancellation of this licence also can entail 
Behind itself criminal and-or civil prosecution. 

2.4. Installation and use Cipher testifies to yours 
The consent with conditions of the given licence. 

2.5. On not registered copy of program Cipher it is imposed 
Restriction - probably to use only one method of enciphering DES. 

2.6. If you do not agree with conditions of the given licence should remove 
Files Cipher from the devices of storage of the information and to refuse 
From the further use Cipher. 

2.7. After payment Cipher the password will be sent you by e-mail, 
Removing all functional restrictions. Your electronic address will be 
являеться a login for registration. 

2.8. The registered users receive all updatings of the program 
Cipher it is free.  

2.9. All rights which obviously have been not given here, belong to Dmitry Konjuhovu.
